SPR # SHIL5L8RWF | Fixed in 6.0.3 release | Template fix: mail6.ntf, mail6ex.ntf |

Product Area: Client; R5/R6 Interoperability; Template Technical Area: Calendaring & Scheduling Platform: Cross Platform
SPR# SHIL5L8RWF - Meetings saved with the ESC key in R5 will now move onto the calendar when rescheduled, after upgrading to 6.0.

Technote Number: 1106963

Problem:
The issue occurs with any meeting invitation you created in Notes/Domino R5 and
saved by pressing the ESCAPE key on your keyboard.
The issue occurs only with Meeting documents, and does not pose an issue with
other Calendar entry types saved with the ESC key, such as Appointments,
Anniversaries, Reminders, or All Day Events.
When you create a meeting invitation in Notes/Domino 6 and save it by pressing
the ESCAPE key, it saves with the draft icon. Edit it and change the date,
save it with ESC and it moves to the new date.
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering and was addressed in Notes 6.0.3
Client and Domino 6.0.3 Server. This issue is also addressed in Notes 6.5
Client and Domino 6.5 Server. It is a template fix, in mail6.ntf and
mail6ex.ntf.

calendar when rescheduled, after upgrading to 6.0.
There are two workarounds for this issue:
- Use the 'Save & Send Invitations' action button when sending the new meeting
in R5 or when making changes after upgrading to Notes/Domino 6.x.
-or-
- Delete and re-create the Meeting document in Notes/Domino 6.x and save it as
